The Certified Wellbeing & Guidance Associate (CWGA) is a 10-credit micro-credential certificationprogram developed to address the growing need for wellbeing, guidance, and social-emotional learningcompetencies in the education sector.
The program is designed for educators, school leaders, counsellors, and aspiring practitioners who wishto build foundational competencies in student wellbeing, guidance practices, communication, life skills,career guidance, and whole-school support systems.
The CWGA program is aligned with the principles of NEP 2020 and the National Credit Framework(NCrF). It provides a structured academic pathway for professionals who want to contributemeaningfully to learner wellbeing and institutional support systems.

Capstone Project
2 Credits
The capstone project is a school-based wellbeing and guidance intervention. It includes planning,implementation, and reflective reporting. Through this project, participants apply their learning in a realeducational setting and develop practical understanding of wellbeing and guidance support.
